Jesus Unleashes a Watery Hell on a Small Town
Naked as a newborn, a man who looks an awful lot like Jesus comes down from the sky in a glowing golden spaceship shaped like a Star of David and tells an alcoholic evangelist that He plans to flood the small town of Hootens Mill, Georgia, destroying it completely. A large cast of eccentric and colorful southerners are either working for the destruction of the town or fighting against.

THE HILARIOUS NEW NOVEL

Hootens Mill, Georgia is a quiet little town... But, one night just before Memorial Day, Chaos will begin to rain down... And it won't stop for six days!

Nearly a week of constant rain floods the streets of the city and pushes its old dam to the breaking point. If the tall gray wall holding back the lake goes, the whole town and everyone who lives there will be lost, swept away on a massive wave of dark water. Making matters worse, a mysterious stranger creeps through the valley carving strange symbols into the bellys of unsuspecting victims. To whom can the residents turn for help? The alcoholic evangelist who sermonizes to shrubs? The young deputy sheriff with a violent past? Two women who work for the newspaper and are falling in love? The Lothario weatherman with the constant smile? The band of misfit teenagers led by a dark, Goth girl? The fugitive bomber who's been hiding in the woods? Or one of the dozens of other colorful residents of the city?
